Out of Stock/ Backorder
Occasionally, an item purchased is not immediately available from a wholesalers warehouse. If this is the case with any product you purchase, we will contact you by email. You will be given the option of an immediate full refund or to have the items placed on "Backorder". Backordered items usually take 2-4 weeks longer than a normal purchase
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated by weight. Orders usually process the next day. You will be notified by email when your order ships. You can also log in to ThePureSpirit.com to check your orders status.
Returns
Damaged or defective items can be returned for a full refund. However, the item(s) must be returned to us within 10 days of their arrival.
Non-defective items can be returned for store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee).
To initiate a return, please email service@thepurespirit.com with your order number as it appears on your packing slip, item(s) you intend to return and reason for the return. We will contact you with further instructions.
