Shipping and Returns

Shipping

The Pure Spirit ships using UPS and USPS.  The following shipping options are available: Standard US shipping, UPS 3-day Shipping, USPS Express Air. We ship orders out on business days only.  Orders usually ship same business day if sent by 11:30 A.M. P.S.T. via USPS and UPS.

We ship the most economical way to ensure low cost and fast delivery to our customers. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, late, or customs related issues. Special delivery instructions per customer, for packages to be left without signature or in a specific location (like patio or behind screen door, etc.) are not the responsibility of the shipper or shipee and will probably void any applicable insurance. Please advise us if you would like to add insurance to your order. We ship to P.O./APO boxes via U.S. Postal Service. Multiple ship to addresses are currently not available. We also ship to customers in AK, HI, PR and VI using U.S. Postal Service.

We currently do not ship or provide products outside of the US.

Returns

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges unless we shipped you the wrong sarong that you ordered.  If that is the case, please contact us for the return address.  Once we received your returned item, we will send you the correct item.
